Yoshiyuki AikawaDirector(Chairman),CEO
Dr. Aikawa currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. He also holds the position of Director at SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd. (Japan).He obtained his medical license in 1997 after graduating from Nihon University School of Medicine. Since 2008, he has been an active member of the Post Graduate Assembly (PGA) of the Department of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School. From 2014 to 2015, he served as President and Director of the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (JSAPS).Dr. Aikawa is also a member of several professional societies, including the Japan Laser Therapy Association, the Japan Liposuction Society, the Chemical Peeling Society, and the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists.
Yuya YoshidaDirector, CFO, COO
From 2003, he held various roles at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, where he was involved in market operations, securitization, M&A, and ALM/treasury functions. In 2014, he earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. From January 2016 to June 2023, he worked at Rakuten Group Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for Corporate Development and was appointed Global Head and Director of Corporate Development in 2018. He has served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since September 29, 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2025. In 2026, he was appointed President and Representative Director of SBC Medical M&A Advisory Co., Ltd. In 2026, he assumed leadership for the group-wide AI transformation as a core management strategy and established the SBC AI Lab. As Director and Chief AI Evangelist, he is directly involved in driving these initiatives, leading the group-wide transformation under top-level commitment.
Fumitoshi FujiwaraIndependent Director
He has built a career in buyout investments, venture investments, real estate development, and IPOs in both Japan and the US. At Shuwa Corporation (1989-1993), he was engaged in Japan-US finance operations. At KOEI Co., Ltd. (1993-2000), he contributed to the company‘s IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and served as CFO. He oversaw venture investments as Director and CFO of Spiral & Star Co., Ltd. (2000-2001). He co-founded AC Capital Co., Ltd., where he served as CEO and managed buyout funds (2001-2009). Currently, he leads alternative investments at Eaglestone Capital Management Inc. (since 2009). He played a crucial role as Director and CFO (since 2017) in the NASDAQ listing of MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. and now supports Japanese companies in US listings as CEO of Linden Capital Partners LLC (since 2023).
Ken EdahiroIndependent Director
After graduating from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Economics, he joined Dentsu Inc. in 2004. In 2012, he joined gloops Inc. and served as General Manager of the Marketing Division and CMO. In 2014, he became the Representative Director of King Japan Inc., overseeing product development and marketing for the puzzle game “Candy Crush” and others. In 2019, he joined BizReach, Inc. and was appointed CSO in 2020-02.
